Elon University Meeting

On January 24th, 2023, Elon University held an important meeting at The Hamilton, one of Charlotte's premier event spaces. Mary Grace Cavey, the Assistant Director of Admissions for Event Programming, led the meeting, which was attended by a large number of people. The meeting was held in theater style, with attendees seated in rows facing the stage.

The team at The Hamilton had set up the space perfectly, with a screen, projector, mic, and podium provided for the meeting. The setup was perfect for presentations, and the resources allowed for clear and concise communication to be delivered to the attendees.

Non-alcoholic beverages were served throughout the meeting to keep attendees refreshed and focused on the proceedings. The staff at The Hamilton ensured that the service was prompt and professional, which contributed to the overall success of the meeting. One of the guests wrote:
